Our Management

Glen Crawford

Managing Director

Glen Crawford is the founder of Legeneering Aust Pty Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing and marine industries and he is responsible for the overall operations of the Company, including strategic direction, management and development of the Company’s operations as well as setting safety and quality culture and compliance. Prior to this, Glen had been working with several highly reputable marine and commercial high speed ferries manufacturers which enable him to gain invaluable experiences in coordinating all aspects of mechanical and structural engineering activities and brings to the role skills in creating a client-focused organisation. Glen’s unique combination of business experience and industrial knowledge has enabled him to consistently deliver strategic growth to the Company.

David Milroy

Executive Director

David Milroy has been the Director of Legeneering Aust Pty Ltd since the Company was established in 2005. He has over 15 years of experience in mechanical and construction projects for oil & gas, marine and energy sectors. Dave has extensive experience in managing and supervising repairs and maintenance of high speed vessels, cargo barges, military vessels and major structures. His involvement in many major oil & gas, marine and mining projects has provided him with a strong understanding of the clients’ requirements at all levels in those respective sectors. Dave is responsible for the strategic decisions of the company including financial performance.

Richard Scott

Project Coordinator

Richard has an extensive background in the capacity of structural draftsman, he was previously working in Sydney for 4 years for highly reputable design and fabrication companies. Since commencing his career with Legeneering in 2013 as a Draftsman, Richard has held the role of Design Manager leading the teams and ensuring our projects were running on schedule and delivered on time. With his exceptional organisational and time management skills, Richard will now be furthering his expertise and undertaking new challengers in the role of Project Coordinator for all the fixed platform maintenance projects.

Matthew Grida

Project Coordinator

Matt has 20 years of experience in the marine industry, having worked within highly reputable high speed yacht and ferry manufacturing organisations. Previously having extensive experience as a projects coordinator; his management experience overseeing overseas dockings and running the service centres has enabled him to have a firm grasp of efficient time management, personnel coordination and quality management systems. Joining the Legeneering team in 2015, Matt is our Project Coordinator for all the FPSO Maintenance Projects where he manages the project from surveying all through to installation/refurbishment.

Dimitri Phylactou

Design Manager

Dimitri has 8 years of design and management experience, working as project engineer and mechanical designer. Dimitri’s strong academic background and extensive mechanical design experience has provided him all the elements he requires to step into the role of Design Manager. Dimitri is responsible for all the design checks and design approvals and his commitment to perfection has enabled him to deliver high quality projects efficiently.

Diana Chong

QHSE Coordinator

Diana comes from a strong academic background, and has 7 years of experience working as a Control Engineer in a high volume manufacturing industry, much like Legeneering. Diana has been with Legeneering from day one and has assisted with the development and implementation of Legeneering’s disciplinary and safety first identity. Diana is now our QHSE Coordinator where she solely manages Quality and Safety for all the Legeneering operations maintaining our Quality Management System to ISO 9001: 2008; Environmental Management to ISO 14001:2004; OHS Certification to AS/NZS 4801:2001; and our OHS Management System to OHSAS 18001:2007.

Jessica Clifford

HR Coordinator

Jessica joined Legeneering in 2017 as our Human Resources Coordinator.  Previously working in the Oil & Gas Industry for over 6 years, Jessica has been able to bring solid knowledge in Human Resource Management from past experiences. Jessica solely manages the full spectrum of HR functions for all Legeneering operations.  With her solid commitment to excellence she will introduce new and innovative HR initiatives into the organisation.
