Project Management
Our project management services ranges from project definition, through project planning and scheduling to project implementation. Work Packs are developed during the front end of the engineering phase with all aspects of the project being broken down into well-defined manageable pieces that can be executed, measured and controlled.
With extensive background in the production and implementation of engineering work pack’s for oil & gas projects, our experienced team is capable of creating comprehensive and customised work packs to suit individual project.
Engineering Design & Drafting
Legeneering is capable of performing surveys to establish the existing condition of our client’s asset and identify the right solution to enhance the integrity and lifespan of our client’s asset.
We also fully understand that the scoping phase is crucial as it sets the context for future design and development decisions.
Our experienced design drafting team use Solidworks 3D design software to produce feasibility studies, concepts, and engineering and detail drawings. All drawings are prepared to Australian Standards and to suit client format requirements and standards.

Engineering Construction
We offer a full range of fabrication and welding services including weld procedure qualification (WPS/ PQR/ WQR’s). Our welders are fully coded to relevant international standards. Our full range of fabrication and welding services enable us to undertake both large and small fabrication projects. Legeneering is also equipped to provide customised fabrication solutions to meet all our clients engineering requirements.

All projects undertaken are made available with complete MDR (Manufacturer’s Data Report) which contains material certificates, welding procedure, welding maps & logs, engineering drawings, NDT and paint test reports.
High precision scanning
We use the latest in laser scanning and survey technology to ensure precise fabrication and installation to sub-millimetre accuracy.
Legeneering has the capability to capture entire facilities/environments in full colour 3D that can be processed for taking accurate dimensions, 3D modelling (concept and as-built), to full 3D realistic walkthroughs and visualization.
Mechanical
Legeneering offers a range of basic machining services including milling, turning and customised site machining solutions.
We keep on hand fully calibrated equipment including torque equipment, load cells, measuring tools and Fixturelaser precision laser alignment systems.

Specialist Access Solutions
Legeneering provides a range of specialist access solutions including confined space entry, industrial rope access, scaffolding and every aspect of working at heights.

Metal components are highly susceptible to corrosion when exposed to moisture, aggressive and abrasive environments.
